Yes indeed. Knockerball® USA is not currently a franchise however we have assisted over 400 new start up businesses throughout the country with getting started. What is my KNOCKERBALL® made of and why is it so expensive?
All KNOCKERBALLS® are manufactured from the highest quality PVC. KNOCKERBALLS® are nothing like some inflatable pool toy! Each individual unit is put through rigorous testing over a period of 72 hours before leaving our facility to ensure there is no leakage and every KNOCKERBALL® will hold the recommended PSI for no less than 24 hours. We have taken great care to ensure that all raw materials utilized in the construction of each KNOCKERBALL® are second to none. Remember, quality is everything when it comes to the all-new sport of KNOCKERBALL® so beware of imitators that will offer other units at a lower price. The inner handles, outer seems, and shoulder strap bonds will be a critical failure area for imitators due to sub-standard glue and poor QC.
Is KNOCKERBALL® as much fun as I see in the TV commercial?
Definitely, KNOCKERBALL® is not only incredibly fun and safe, but we guarantee you will leave with a smile!
Can I use my Knockerball® in cold weather?
We do not recommend subjecting Knockerballs® to extreme cold weather. Whether you are using a PVC or TPU unit it is highly recommended to only use this product in temperatures ranging from 50 degrees to 85 degrees. Extreme cold may make the material and the glue joints brittle therefore rendering your Knockerball® unusable.
Additionally, do not subject the product to extended exposure to UV light ( over 72 hours) as this exposure may have a similar effect on the raw materials and joints. Obviously, you will be playing Knockerball® in the sun but we suggest not to store them or leave them inflated for days at a time in the hot sun.

What is the warranty for my purchase?
All purchases are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee. Additionally, for all orders of 8 or more units the company offers an extended warranty of 1 year at no charge currently. Basic terms of the extended warranty are as such: Client is responsible for sending back damaged unit to our return facility and a replacement will be sent at half price of initial purchase cost. Knockerball® independent contractors, those clients that have been assigned Knockerball® specific URL’s may take advantage of and be provided further replacement support under the terms of future licensing agreements to be published and offered by March 1, 2015.
What is the difference between PVC and TPU?

What is KNOCKERBALL®?
An all-encompassing, protective, safe, single chambered ball of air with inner handles and shoulder straps that enables you to almost literally defy gravity and defy pain. You only need one to get started, practice your rolls and flips.

How do I fill up my KNOCKERBALL®?
When choosing a pump to fill your Knockerball® you want to look for one designed for large inflatables. You can even use a shop vac on reverse with a half inch cone attachment. Fill time is generally about 2.5 to 4 minutes depending on the size pump you are utilizing. Your pump should have a fill capacity of 2.8 psi. Note, you want to make sure not to over-inflate your Knockerball®. We recommend about a 2” depression with your hand when you pushed on a filled ball. It should be firm but not hard. If it is over-inflated, when the players hit each other it can cause a breach. You need to allow a little space for the air to move inside the ball upon impact.
How old and how tall do I have to be?
All participants under 18 must have adult supervision. KNOCKERBALLS® are available in two sizes currently: 1.2 meter or medium recommended for male or female 5 feet and under: 1.5 meter or large for those over 5 feet. Here is why. It is important that your KNOCKERBALL® is adjusted to cover from above your head to just above your knees. This will ensure that you maintain proper protection for rougher play. Remember to adjust the shoulder straps accordingly so to obtain optimum bodily coverage. Please refer to directions for restrictions.
Where should I store my KNOCKERBALL® when not in use?
Over time, rubber and plastic products can undergo changes in physical properties and become unusable due to excessive hardening, softening, cracking, crazing, or other surface degradations. These changes may be the result of one particular factor or a combination of factors, such as the action of oxygen, ozone, light, heat, humidity, oils, water, or other solvents. The detrimental effects of these factors can, however, be minimized by proper storage conditions.
Here are some guidelines that will help give your rubber or plastic product the shelf life longevity that’s expected based upon material type.
The optimum temperature for the storage of rubber products is between 40°F and 80°F. High temperatures do accelerate the deterioration of rubber products, so sources of heat in storage rooms should be arranged such that the temperature of stored items never exceeds 120°F. The effects of low temperatures are not as damaging or permanent as high temperatures, but rubber and plastic articles will become stiffer and care should be taken to avoid distorting them at temperatures below 40°F.
The relative humidity in the storage area should be below 75%. Very moist or very dry conditions should be avoided. Where ventilation is necessary, it should be kept to a minimum. Condensation should not be allowed to occur.
Rubber and plastic products should be protected from light, especially sunlight and strong artificial light with high ultraviolet content. Polyethylene bags stored in large cardboard containers and polyethylene-lined craft bags offer good protection against light.
OXYGEN AND OZONE
Oxygen (O2) and Ozone (O3) are very damaging to rubber products, so wherever possible, they should be stored in airtight containers to protect them from circulating air. Ozone is particularly damaging, and causes a “scission” of the carbon backbone polymer chain into smaller chains. Seals and other rubber products should be kept away from ozone-generating equipment such as electric motors, mercury vapor lamps, and high voltage electrical equipment.
Rubber & plastic products should be stored in a relaxed state, free from tension, compression, or other deformation since these may lead to cracking or change of shape. Large parts should not be stored on pegs as this may cause severe deterioration. Deformation in plastic products may re-gain their original shape by applying heat directly to product.
